The appearance of an analogue clock on a website focused on space-flight might seem incongruous.
However, having already decided that I needed to program a clock that gave current GMT (so that event viewers
abroad didn't have to look up what the current GMT was using another source), I alighted on the idea of making it
look like the old BBC Television Clock.
Almost everyone that grew up in the UK during the '70s and early '80s will recognise this clock as an icon of the time,
and it has an elegant simplicity to it.
The NAs clock shows Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), which may also be considered equivalent to UTC or 'Zulu' time for the purposes of 1 second accuracy.

I've tried to make the clock work for every browser (using Javascript with VML for IE, SVG for other browsers) but it may not work for older browsers.
